Coming soon through our partnership with Ultimate Software, PeopleDoc will offer a pre-built data transfer of your organizational hierarchy, employee profiles, and HR end-users from UltiPro into the PeopleDoc solution, enabling HR to provide personalized service to each employee including:

  • Provide each employee with tailored self-service information using relevant UltiPro data such as job level, functional area, and/or location
  • Provide HR agents or business partner relevant information to close out complex inquiries faster
  • Automate multi-step processes that include personalized employee forms, manager approval routing, and local requirements
  • Create, organize, and manage all employee records, while easily adhering to local record retention guidelines

Single sign-on makes it easy for HR users in UltiPro to store documents such as a recruiting offer letter in PeopleDoc. HR teams can also easily share employee documents securely, assign retention policies associated with data privacy regulations, and even digitize documentation from other sources.

Because PeopleDoc is a solution designed to easily connect with existing HR systems like UltiPro, there is no need to re-enter data that already exists, and no need for your IT team to build complex code that gets systems to communicate.
